Our Services

Katy Brothers Pressure Washing provides residential and commercial pressure washing and soft washing services in Katy, Fulshear, Richmond, Brookshire, Cypress, The Woodlands, Spring and the surrounding Greater Houston area. Services are by appointment and subject to availability and access to the property.

Quotes and Cancellations

Quotes are provided free of charge based on the information you give us and, where needed, a visit to the property. We appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Access and Property Condition

You confirm you have the authority to request service at the property, and that outdoor water access is available where needed for the job. We take reasonable care to protect landscaping, fixtures and surfaces, but some older or already damaged surfaces (loose paint, damaged caulking, existing cracks) may be affected by cleaning regardless of technique, and we will discuss any visible risk with you before starting where practical.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from our services or your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
