Concourse Square Footage Changes the Whole Job
A stadium concourse is not a big driveway. Spilled concession sugar, gum, sunscreen and years of foot traffic bond into the concrete, and the area involved makes hand wand work impractical on any sensible timeline. We bring ride-on surface cleaning equipment built for this scale, and we work around the calendar so nothing lands on a game day or an event weekend.

Facility and District Questions
Can you work around our game and event schedule?
Yes, and that is the normal arrangement for facility work. Concourses and seating get cleaned overnight, between seasons or on non-event days, so nothing we do interferes with an event. Give us the calendar and we plan the work around it.
What equipment do you use on a space that size?
Ride-on surface cleaning equipment, because hand wand work on a concourse is not realistic on any sensible timeline. Larger equipment also gives a far more even finish across a big slab, which matters when the whole area is visible at once.
Can you remove gum, spilled concessions and sunscreen residue?
Yes, and those three are the usual reasons a concourse looks bad. Sugar from spilled drinks, gum and sunscreen all bond into concrete and need heat and the right solution rather than pressure alone. This is routine work for us rather than a special request.
Do you meet school district and facility vendor requirements?
We are licensed by the State of Texas and carry $2M in liability insurance, and we can supply a certificate of insurance for your vendor file. Send over any district specific paperwork and we will complete it before the work is scheduled.
